PARKING

There is a private, secure, underground car park with 84 parking spaces.  Each property noted above has access to 1 parking space leaving a further 24 spaces which are allocated to West Granton Housing Association and Dunedin Canmore Housing. TITLE DEEDS

Refer to the Title Deeds. These Deeds govern what is allowed and what is not allowed within the Development. The Deeds are an excellent point of reference if you have an issue.
